Leadership coaching is client-driven. Clients identify their objectives, set session agendas and choose the activities they want to pursue in service of their goals. Coaches create a space for clients to do that work. Through purposeful conversations, observations and powerful questions, coaches help clients uncover new possibilities for themselves.
