Leadership Circle Profile & Other Assessments

Assessments are one of many tools to help us learn more about how we show up in the world. They can be used to self-identify patterns and to gather feedback from others. Some types of assessments include:

  • 360 assessments - Surveys taken by you, your managers, peers and direct reports that offer comprehensive feedback on your leadership skills. DPCC offers the Leadership Circle Profile assessment, a tool that helps you understand how your habits and beliefs affect your leadership. 
  • Values assessments - Identifying core values is essential to understanding what drives us
