Dana Page Coaching & Consulting (DPCC) partners with leaders to identify and leverage their values, talents, and interests to help them become more purposeful, effective, and authentic leaders. DPCC also works with businesses to create tailored leadership development and communications strategies that empower them achieve goals and to become self-sufficient in their efforts to connect with their teams, clients, and communities.
Leadership & Communications Coaching
- Who is a leader? A leader is anyone who has leadership responsibilities in their life or their work.
- What is leadership coaching? The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." Leadership coaching is a specific area of coaching that helps leaders gain insight into how their beliefs, habits and behaviors can enhance their leadership capabilities. Like all coaching, the process is client-driven and designed to achieve a client's desired outcomes.
- What is communications coaching? Communications coaching involves supporting leaders in communicating more effectively, intentionally, and confidently. Coaching topics can range from navigating difficult conversations to polishing executive presence.
- Why I coach: I believe that leaders are happier, more productive, and more engaged when their work aligns with their interests, skills, and beliefs. When they feel aligned, leaders spend more time on work they enjoy and do well, and have more time and energy for personal lives. Alignment leads to being more open, present, and involved with their families, friends, and communities. I coach because I believe authentic leadership ultimately leads to a happier, healthier, and more compassionate society.

Strategic CONSULTING
- Who can benefit from leadership development and communications consulting? DCPP partners with organizations seeking to support their people in developing leadership capacities and increasing effective collaboration and communication. DPCC also helps business leaders think like communicators and to generate, execute, and maintain effective communications plans.
- What services are offered? DPCC partners with clients to clarify their needs and to create practices that they can sustain. DPCC supports them in their efforts to create leadership development plans to achieve organizational goals and to communicate more effectively with their key stakeholders.
- My approach: Like my coaching philosophy, my consulting philosophy is rooted in authenticity. When your words and behaviors align with your values and mission, you build trust, credibility and loyalty with your teams, peers, and clients. Strategic vision, collective learning, and intentional culture result in productive and supportive workplaces. Likewise, honest and consistent messaging about your mission, products, and services attracts and retains customers and staff.
