Dana Page Coaching & Consulting (DPCC) offers leadership coaching and strategic communications consulting services. DPCC offers leaders a space to become the leaders they want to be by helping them identify their strengths, values and goals. DPCC also partners with business leaders to create tailored communications strategies that empower them to become self-sufficient in their efforts to connect with their clients and communities.

Leadership Coaching

DPCC partners with leaders who are interested in expanding their leadership abilities and in living more engaging and authentic lives.

Who is a leader? A leader is anyone who has leadership responsibilities in their life or their work.
What is leadership coaching? The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." Leadership coaching is a specific area of coaching that helps leaders gain insight into how their beliefs, habits and behaviors can enhance their leadership capabilities. Why I coach: I believe that leaders are happier, more productive and more engaged when their work aligns with their interests, skills and beliefs. When they feel aligned, leaders spend more time on work they enjoy and do well, and have more time and energy for personal lives. Alignment leads to being more open, present and involved with their families, friends and communities. I coach because I believe authentic leadership ultimately leads to a happier, healthier and more compassionate society.
